    Plan a trip to Brazil

    Introduction

Untamed. Unapologetic. Brazil is a symphony of rhythm, color, and energy. As the largest country in South America, it boasts a staggering range of experiences—from the pulsing beats of Rio de Janeiro to the serene beauty of the Amazon Rainforest. It’s a place where contrasts collide to create something undeniably magical. In Rio, the spirit of Brazil comes alive. Beneath the outstretched arms of Christ the Redeemer, golden beaches stretch along a vibrant city backed by lush forested hills. Here, life is lived out loud—from sunrise jogs on Ipanema Beach to late-night samba dancing in Lapa. Carnival, a world-famous celebration of life, explodes with music, costumes, and contagious joy.

But Brazil is more than Rio. It’s the thunderous power of Iguaçu Falls on the southern border, dwarfing everything around it. It’s the untouched wetlands of the Pantanal, where wildlife viewing rivals even Africa’s great safaris. And being home to 60% of the Amazon rainforest its the lungs of the planet, home to endless biodiversity and communities whose lives are deeply intertwined with the river. Culturally, Brazil is an intricate blend of Indigenous, African, Portuguese, and immigrant influences. This fusion is tasted in its food, heard in its music, and felt in its joyful, hospitable people. Whether you’re dancing forró in the northeast, watching capoeira on a Salvador beach, or enjoying a traditional churrasco (barbecue), you’re part of something deeply Brazilian.

Brazil doesn’t just welcome you. It pulls you into the dance with its sweat and grace, struggle and glory, vibration and vulnerability. It’s a destination that awakens your senses and invites you to join in its grand celebration of life.

We partner with the people shaping Brazil’s present and protecting its past: Indigenous rights leaders, Afro-Brazilian historians, favela artists, regenerative farmers, and wild-eyed musicians who still believe rhythm can heal. Every journey uplifts land defenders, cultural stewards, and frontline conservation — because Brazil’s power isn’t just natural. It’s personal.

    When to visit

The ideal time to visit Brazil is during the dry season from May to September, when most regions enjoy mild temperatures, clear skies, and perfect conditions for wildlife viewing, beach holidays, and cultural exploration. This period is especially suitable for visiting the Amazon, Pantanal, Rio de Janeiro, and Iguaçu Falls. The summer months, from December to March, are hot, humid, and festive, making them perfect for experiencing Carnival, New Year on Copacabana Beach, and vibrant nightlife, although some areas, like the Amazon, may be wetter and more humid. The shoulder seasons of April and October to November provide a balance of good weather and fewer tourists.
